We make sure that every wiper child part that goes into our assembly plant is well designed, manufactured with exacting tolerances and is tested per OEM customer design specifications. The assembly lines at wipe are integrated with rigid quality visual and practical checkpoints which makes it difficult for defects to be passed on to the next stage of assembly.

WIPE has been able to build a consistent reliability with the OEM’s by combining its passion with product performance and customer service with the ability to deliver on our commitment to quality. By following this we are able to maintain a defect rate of less than 800 per million units, which puts us ahead of most others in the industry. We are seamlessly working towards developing a strong reputation among its customers.

The Labs at wipe are equipped with the latest analytical testing equipment for using a gruelling regimen that puts our windshield wipers through harsher than real world conditions for extended periods of time to verify the customer design specifications.
