Plastic Molding Parts: Plastic Injection Molding parts are one of the most important auto components both in the interior and exterior of a car. We produce rear car wipers which are light weight and which provide outstanding wiping performance ensuring maximum visibility and safety even at high speed for the critical rear windscreen. These parts are made of engineering plastic grade resin on Milacron injection molding machines, wherein, the plastic resin is melted in the injection molding machine and then injected into the mold, where it cools and solidifies into the final part. Wipe India has the expertise in making these child parts precisely then to assemble it into a rear wiper to ensure better functioning of the rear windscreen wipers. Presently our plastic division has a setup of 20 Milacron injection moulding machines ranging from 80T-650T making 1 million rear wiper assemblies annually. We have also initiated to setup a factory in Bawal, Haryana for interior and exterior plastic auto components by the end of 2019.
